Baked lamb

Ingredients for 4 people

1 kg of lamb

2 cloves of garlic

1 glass of red wine

Fresh rosemary

salt

Pepper

Extra virgin olive oil

Method

Cut the lamb into pieces or use the leg. Wash it well and dry it.

Place the lamb in a large bowl and marinate it in garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and red wine. Leave it to marinate for at least 1 hour.

Once the hour has passed, transfer it to a large baking tray with all the marinade. If provided, add the diced potatoes and drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil.

Bake at 180°C for 20-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Serve hot.
