Spaghetti with garlic, oil and hot peppers

Spaghetti with oil and garlic
For 4 people:
300-350 g of spaghetti
4 tablespoons of oil 4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley 40 g of grated Parmesan cheese
flakes of raw butter salt
black pepper (we suggest hot peppers)
1. Cook the spaghetti in abundant salted water.
2. The moment you throw them into the water,
or shortly after, put the oil on the fire with the peeled and crushed or shredded garlic cloves; the flame is very sweet.
As soon as the garlic starts to turn brown,
take it off and throw it away. Remove the oil from the heat.
3. Season the spaghetti drained with this oil, flakes of raw butter, parmesan, parsley, black pepper (if you like) possibly freshly ground.
